We mail the Gift Certificate (via USPS) to you directly or to the intended recipient. Just put the recipient’s name and address into the “Shipping Details” field – and if you want to add a special note, use the Comment area on the checkout page. A gift certificate to Bonsai West will never expire, and can be used for everything we sell, including Classes and Boarding Services.
Disclaimer: Physical Gift Certificates that are produced by Bonsai West are required to be presented in person in order to be used for purchase of goods and services. Bonsai West is not responsible for any lost or misplaced Gift Certificates. Additionally, Bonsai West does not have any electronic record of Gift Certificates purchased in store.
