Hello and thank you for your business with Bonsai West!
We are currently still operating by appointment for all shopping and boarding arrangements. Our hours of operation have now shifted back to Summer hours (11am – 6pm). Please note our policies listed below:
- The main entrance and check-out register have been repositioned to their original location in the main retail greenhouse.
- Masks are required at all times, even in the outdoor garden space.
- We currently have a maximum capacity of six (6) guests.
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other shoppers and employees.
- Please be considerate of other appointments and try to limit your visit to 30-45 minutes.
- For same day appointments, please call the nursery to see if there is an opening for the day or to be placed on a waitlist. (978) 486-3556
